Elegant Tofu Panna cotta Dessert
Nothing red, white and blue here, but an elegant dessert if you're looking for something special to serve over the July 4th weekend. Chef Lee Anne Wong created this low-fat version of panna cotta using soft tofu, which includes a syrup made with blood oranges.

Kung Pao Shrimp
The spicy seasonings that give Kung Pao Chicken its heat also work well with shrimp. This recipe has been reader-rated at 5 out of 5 stars. Kung Pao Chicken Pairing Beverages With Kung Pao Chicken

BBq Pork Fried Rice
Barbecued pork is a great way to add flavor to fried rice dishes. If you can't make it to an Asian market to buy bbq pork, you can used cooked ham or make your own.

Sauteed Prawns With Hot Sauce
The secret ingredient in this dish is hot bean sauce, or Toban Djan. You can substitute chili paste with garlic if needed - add a small amount at first and test for spiciness.
