This week, recipes for Salt and Pepper Spareribs, Cashew Chicken, Deep-fried Ice Cream, Pork Chops With Sweet Red Bean Paste, Dan Dan Noodles, and an Indonesian-inspired Vegetable Salad with a Peanut Sauce dressing.

Cashew Chicken
Marinated chicken breasts are paired with vegetables and roasted cashews in a tasty stir-fry sauce made with hoisin sauce and dark soy sauce.

Spicy Salt and Pepper Spareribs
Here's another way to cook spareribs - in this recipe they are marinated in a salt and pepper mix and deep-fried.

Chicken With Peaches
Peach season has been in swing for a few weeks now. This quick stir-fry pairs sweet peaches with marinated chicken breasts in a tangy sauce.

Indonesian Inspired Vegetable Salad
Boiled vegetables are arranged attractively on a plate and accompanied with a peanut sauce. Feel free to serve the salad with deep-fried prawn crackers (also called shrimp chips).
