With the New Year just around the corner, it is time once again to take a look back at the road Apple and the Mac community traveled this year. As usual, it had a few curves, some interesting forks, and some very bad potholes, but we made it through nevertheless.

I also rounded up some guides and articles for those who may have just gotten their first Mac, or who recently upgraded to OS X Lion. If you fall into either category, I hope you will find this year-end newsletter helpful.
