 | Greetings from Southern India where I've been getting the most interesting massages, all in the name of beauty. Ayurvedic massage is all the rage here, so of course I had to try it. The 90-minute massage using special ayurvedic oils was one of the best treatments of my life, but it left my hair covered in a crunchy oil slick for days. It took 6 shampoos and me slathering my hair in shampoo and covering the whole thing with a plastic cap for 20 minutes to work the oil out. But it was worth it. Want to see pictures from my trip?
