Grilling Ham - Step by Step
Many people seem challenged by cooking their Holiday Ham (or Easter, or whenever) which is ironic since Hams don't need to be cooked. What this means is that Ham is about the easiest meat to cook. I don't really need to worry about the internal temperature other than getting it warm and you can cook it by most any means. What you do need to be careful with is overcooking. Ham is great out of the package and pretty much useless if its dried out.

Top 10 Prime Rib Recipes
Prime Rib (or more accurately Standing Rib Roast) is nearly the most expensive cut of beef you can buy so you want to master the secrets to make it right. Grilling or smoking prime rib is a great way to prepare this greatest of roasts. These prime rib recipes are perfect ways to make the most of your investment and to add the flavor of the grill or the smoker. .

Roasting Chestnuts
Chestnuts used to be one of the most popular holiday treats, but recently few people seem to know how to prepare. What you need is a high, intense heat to cook the chestnuts to make them sweet and wonderful. Chances are you have the perfect piece of cooking equipment sitting on your patio. Your grill, whether gas or charcoal will give you the kind of heat you need to cook chestnuts perfectly.
