From Robert Silva, your Guide to Home Theater
Welcome the weekday edition of the home theater newsletter! I just got back from attending the annual CEDIA EXPO and am putting together my follow-up report which should be ready for Friday's newsletter. In the meantime, check out today's newsletter which features a review of new projector from Optoma that may be just right for you, a reminder about Star Wars coming on Blu-ray this Friday, and also some other great stuff and product picks.

Optoma HD33 3D DLP Video Projector - Product Review
With the new HD33, Optoma has brought the ability to project both 2D and 3D down to a very reasonable $1,499 price point. The HD33 utilizes DLP technology and is also supported by 1920x1080 (1080p) native pixel resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 1,800 lumen output capability. The HD33 has 2 HDMI inputs and also comes with an innovative plug-in RF 3D synch transmitter (each pair of 3D glasses requires a separate purchase). To find out if the Optoma HD33 is the right video projector for you, read my review, check out my photo profile, and take a look at some video performance test results. For some, this can lead to a downright addiction to home theater. To find if you fall into this category, check out my perspective on the warning signs of home theater addiction.
