Chocolate itself is not unhealthy - it's all the sugar and fat added to it! To enjoy a healthy chocolate treat, use pure unprocessed cocoa powder, and add a sugar-free sweetener. Or, just enjoy chocolate in moderation for breakfast.

A chocolate smoothie or shake for breakfast? Sure, why not? Using a healthy base of frozen fruit or even protein-rich tofu makes these chocolate smoothies delicious and nutritious. What a treat!
