A couple of years ago, I sailed on the AMAWaterways Amalegro, and reveled in the opportunity to visit the quaint villages and exciting cities of the region. And, then there are those tulips and windmills! Amalegro Ship Tour and Profile AMAWaterways has six identical European river ships with musical names, including the Amalegro. In addition to these six ships, the company has two other owned/leased ships sailing in Europe and Russia and two ships sailing the Mekong River in Vietnam and Cambodia.
