Stir-fried Cabbage with Tuna
I like the combination of cabbage and canned tuna cooked together. I often make stir-fried cabbage for breakfast and serve with steamed rice. It make a well-balanced meal. I sometimes put some leftover in my bento as well.

Tarako Spaghetti
Have you had tarako or karashi-mentaiko? They are marinated cod roe commonly consumed in Japan and are usually served with hot steamed rice. Also, pasta dishes made with tarako or karashi-mentaiko are very popular. When I have some leftover tarako from my breakfast, I like making tarako spaghetti for lunch.
