No Cook Spring Rolls
Made with rice paper wrappers, these spring rolls are a lighter, healthier alternative to regular spring rolls. This is a vegetarian version, but non-vegetarians can add cooked shrimp or chicken. It includes a spicy dip made with hoisin sauce, and has been reader-rated at 5 out of 5 stars.

Super Healthy Green Beans
Nothing beats dry-fried green beans, but steaming the beans retains more of the nutrients. The beans are tossed with the same spicy sauce you find in dry-fried green beans, and topped with toasted sesame seeds as a final touch.

Stir-fry Beef With Three Vegetables
The Chinese believe three is a lucky number, as it symbolizes prosperity. This recipe features an interesting contrast of textures and flavors, with marinated flank steak stir-fried with bok choy, mushrooms, and red onion in a flavourful dark soy and sherry sauce.

Tofu Pannacotta With Blood Oranges
A rich creamy dessert without the fat that comes with classic pannacotta, served with a blood orange syrup and candied pistachios.
