Super Bowl Recipes
This Sunday is Super Bowl Sunday - time for football, families, friends, and fun! From Crab Rangoon to chicken wings, here is a selection of Chinese and Asian-inspired recipes to enjoy during the game.

Four Happiness Pork
This Shanghai specialty comes from cookbook author Madame Wong, who writes: "You will not find this dish on restaurant menus because it is too time-consuming. However, it is as common to Chinese families as roast beef is to Western families. It is delicious with steamed buns and any vegetable dish."

Shanghai Stir-fried Noodles
Here is a noodle dish to bring good luck in the New Year of the Rabbit. If Shanghai noodles are unavailable, feel free to substitute Japanese Udon noodles, or a thick Italian spaghetti-style pasta, such as linguini. Szechuan Noodles

Shrimp With Lobster Sauce (Take-Out Version)
A reader gives this recipe 5 out of 5 stars, saying:"This was soo...good!"
