From Jolinda Hackett, your Guide to Vegetarian Food
Love it or hate it (Volume two)? Apparently, my tastes differ from others, because every once in a while, one of my favorite recipes receives a really bad review. These recipes all received five stars from some readers, while other people opened up their thesaurus to come up with new ways to describe how much they loathed these recipes. So, try them out, and let me know what you think. Love em or hate em?

Here's the first edition of the Love It or Hate It newsletter, you know, in case you don't have it still stored in your inbox.

P.S. Don't forget to vote in the 2010 Veggie Awards!

Egg casserole: Yum, or ho-hum?
It's a classic American breakfast or brunch dish: baked egg casserole. This vegetarian version uses mock meat for a simple yet still hearty version. One reviewer said "Yum!" while another said "Ho-hum". Et vous?

Chocolate peanut butter pie
Count me in among those who love this recipe. It's a vegan favorite, and one that you could almost call healthy. Almost. Well, it's high in protein, at least! How could you not love it? One reviewer managed to hate it, while everyone else (including me!) gives it five stars. I think I'm in the right on this one! Super-yum!

Cornmeal Breaded Tofu
I'll admit this isn't my absolute number one favorite tofu recipe (This one is! No wait, this one! Oh, I love them all!) but it's still pretty darn good. I think. Three users have reviewed this cornmeal battered tofu recipe, two favorably, and one person gave it just one star, saying "It was a waste of gas to heat up the oven." Ouch! What do you think?

Mushroom stroganoff
With five reviews, this recipe has an average of three stars, right in the middle. Two people loved it, one hated it, and two thought it was just so-so. Try it out, and leave a review to voice your opinion, either way.
