Hi everyone! If you are not fond of eating raw vegetables or want to make a refreshing vegetable dish, I think the recipe of the week is perfect for you.

Japanese Recipe of the Week: Deep-fried and Marinated Vegetables
Deep-fried and marinated vegetables are called age-bitashi in Japan. I try to use colorful vegetables for this dish, and my favorite ingredients are kabocha and eggplants. Bell peppers and green beans are not listed in the recipe, but they are good for age-bitashi too.
