Chinese New Year!
By way of purely anecdotal introduction, one of the best meals I ever had in my life was at an internationally renowned dim sum restaurant in Taipei, Taiwan. The place wasn't particularly fancy, but the NY Times had named it one of the ten best restaurants in the world - and the line out the door proved it was no secret! In celebration of Chinese New Year, here are a few of my favorite Taiwanese-style Chinese vegetarian recipes.

A good reason to eat some vegan chocolate....
We're all motivated by different things, especially when it comes to eating vegetarian. Some are motivated by health or weight, while others are motivated by animal rights. If you need a good reason to support vegetarianism, why not do it for the chocolate? Not that you ever need a reason to eat vegan chocolate, but if you do, read on!
