From Tom Nelson, your Guide to Macs
Have you upgraded to Lion yet? I upgraded when Lion first came out, but just recently I needed to set up a new MacBook Pro, to replace an older iMac, which meant copying all of the existing data over to the new MacBook Pro. Luckily, Lion's Migration Assistant made the process pretty much painless.

Also of interest is where I am writing this newsletter from: a wireless hotspot a few towns over from where we live. We were hit very hard Saturday night with the first Nor'easter of the coming winter season. Two feet of heavy snowfall brought down the power lines, phone, and Internet service. We don't expect to have services restored for 7 to 10 days. I'll be posting blogs here from time to time, but not with my usual daily occurrence.
