Snacks. What could possibly be more important than a few good vegan snacks? If you have a few good dip recipes in your repertoire, a good snack is never far behind. All you need is some whole grain chips, crackers, or toasted bagels to go with them.

Guacamole, Eight Ways
Guacamole may be traditional, but these recipes are anything but! Try a homemade guacamole with hand roasted green chili peppers, an authentic version using Mexican crema, or even a Szechuan guacamole inspired by the flavors of China. Yes, China.

Seven Fantastic Salsas
Ginger, pineapples, apricots, black beans and grapefruit may not be traditional salsa ingredients, but each one of them is an ingredient that lends a unique flavor to some of these homemade summer salsa recipes. Enjoy!

48 Vegan snack ideas
