This week I continue the easy summer dinner party menus with a Barbecue on the Deck. I'm sure that once September rolls around, I'll have more energy for preparing and cooking food for our parties. Summer Seafood Dinner Party
When we go on a beach vacation, seafood is usually my meal of choice for most lunches and dinners. When I return home, there's always that wistful sadness that vacation is behind me along with the tastes of the seaside. So to keep those feelings from taking over, I like to plan a Summer Seafood Dinner Party to remind me that I can enjoy the flavors of the shore even when the lazy days on the beach have ended.
