Yet, recently there has been an attack on charcoal grills by the makers and sellers of gas grills. We are being told that charcoal grills are hard to use, difficult to control, and simply not versatile enough for the modern griller. These false accusations need to stop and people need to realize that charcoal is simply the better way to grill.
