Whew! Getting back to work after a long weekend is always a bit of a drag. Hope you enjoy browsing through some of these recipes while dreaming of ditching the office for a dip in the pool. At least that's what I'm dreaming of! Here's hoping you all had a wonderful weekend!

Healthy homemade popsicles
Strawberry pineapple lime popsicles on a hot summer day? Yes, please! Who doesn't have childhood memories of licking the melting popsicle juice off your fingers and sucking that last little bit of popsicle off the stick? Made from fresh fruit and little else, popsicles are a wise choice for children or for adults on warm days. They're hydrating and refreshing, and most are are sugar-free and fat-free, too. Here's a few healthy vegan popsicle recipes to try:
