From Jolinda Hackett, your Guide to Vegetarian Food
I often brag about and feature my favorite recipes, or my most popular recipe, or those with the highest reviews. But what about the rest? This week, I thought I'd feature a few of my recipes with the least amount of fans. This doesn't mean they aren't any good or have received bad reviews; no, they've just never been discovered by the internet world! Hope you like taking a peek at these secret hidden gems of recipes!

Banana bread French toast
French toast made from banana bread? Sounds absolutely heavenly to me! I wonder why not so many other people think so? As long as you've got banana bread on hand, the ingredients list is super short. What an easy and indulgent breakfast idea!

Artichoke risotto
Vegetarians tend to be a big fan of risotto, and I personally absolutely love anything with artichokes, so I have no idea why this artichoke risotto recipe isn't more popular. It's got a bit of tofu and a touch of apple juice for extra moisture and sweetness.

Mango and macadamia shake
This mango shake recipe is fairly new, so perhaps that's why it's still undiscovered? With fresh mangos, macadamia nuts and agave for sweetness, I can't imagine this recipe will remain a secret for long!
