Follow Me On Twitter and Facebook | | Correcting Home Theater Audio Video Synch Problems One problem that has cropped up in home theater is Audio Video Synchronization. Sometimes you may notice that the audio soundtrack is slightly ahead of the video image when watching a high definition cable/satellite program or upscaled DVD/Blu-ray Disc video on an HDTV. This is especially noticeable on close-ups of people speaking. It is as if you are watching a dubbed foreign movie. PlayOn announced their new Beta download of their new PlayLater software for PCs. The software works with their PlayOn server software and lets you record and save videos from any of their channels including Netflix, Hulu, CBS, Comedy Central, and Nickelodeon.
