Do your Easter dinner plans including preparing a ham? Here are some ideas on what to do with the leftovers.

Tea Eggs
Looking for something different to do with hard boiled eggs? Why not try gently simmering them in a flavorful combination of black tea and spices? Tea Eggs taste great on their own, but if you want to dress them up a bit, try serving them with mayonnaise mixed with a bit of sweet chile sauce or hot mustard for dipping.

Stir-fry Steak
