From Susan Breslow Sardone, your Guide to Romantic Travel
This week's newsletter looks West to some of the great cities and destinations in the USA for honeymoon couples and other romantics.

Denver for Romantics
Gateway to the Rockies, Denver packs a lot of fun into a city with a relatively small population. Whether it's your final destination or you plan to travel beyond the Mile High City, take a little time to explore its charms. With nine sports teams, dozens of beers to taste from breweries large and small, an impressive cultural center, great hotels and world-class shopping, there truly is something for everyone here.

Las Vegas for Lovers
If you haven't been to Las Vegas for a while (or ever) consider a visit to my favorite destination. I consider the hotels of Las Vegas -- including the romantic Venetian (pictured at right), the swank Encore, and the serene Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas -- among the best in the world. Food, fun, and the chance to win a bundle draw me back here almost every year.

San Francisco for Two
An army travels on its stomach, according to Napoleon. If you're the type of couple who can say the same, I've got a list of some of the most romantic restaurants in foodie San Francisco. You may be surprised that my favorite was the least expensive.
