From Donna Pilato, your Guide to Entertaining
I suppose it's only fitting that the aggressiveness of Super Bowl Sunday is followed by the sweetness of Valentine's Day. Valentine's Day has grown to be so much more than a celebration of a couple's love. It's an expression of fondness among friends and family too. So whether or not you have a sweetie, you can still enjoy this loving holiday. Have an Entertaining week!

Create a Romantic Centerpiece for Valentine's Day
I love how Valentine's Day gives us the opportunity to show off our romantic side. In the middle of the winter dreariness, we can add warm, romantic colors to our homes, and bring a smile to the faces of those we love. You don't need to spend a fortune to show off your colors. A few flowers, candy, table cloths or blankets you have sitting around your home can be put together to create romantic Valentine's Day centerpieces.

Setting the Mood with Food - Valentine's Day Aphrodisiacs
Valentine's Day brings to mind images of Cupids, flowers, red heart boxes filled with chocolates and, finally, dinner by candlelight. Our romantic fantasies may begin with Cupid and flowers, but somehow they always seem to end with luscious food, especially food items that are known for their ability to create the mood for romance.

Valentine's Day Party Games for Kids
Young children may not be ready for romance, but they still enjoy celebrating Valentine's Day. With candy, hearts, and lots of hugs and kisses from Mom and Dad, they can enjoy this day dedicated to love as much as the adults. If you're planning a Valentine's Day party for boys and girls, you'll want to have games that are fun, but not embarrassing.

Girls' Night In Party Supplies
Just maybe you don't have a sweetheart this Valentine's Day. And maybe you have a few girlfriends in the same situation as you. Then why not use this opportunity to celebrate your friendship with a Girls' Night In party?
