Hit the Palazzo Hotel
Treat yourself and stay at the Palazzo. Head to the pool and ask for Rudy, the guy makes a decent Mojito. Watch out for the other bartender, she is not as nice. Check out LAVO, look for Jorge or Shannon at the bar, they understand what it's all about. You'll find good food, great service, except for the female bartender at the pool and a level of comfort that is hard to beat in Las Vegas. It's easily one of my favorites.
