Zesty Zucchini Stir-fry
Got fresh zucchini? Zucchini is a high moisture vegetable and not too tough, which makes it perfect for stir-frying. Feel free to spice up this easy stir-fry by adding chili paste to taste with the fresh ginger.

Candied Pistachios
It's almost impossible to eat only 1 or 2 pistachios. Need to feel guilty, though - pistachios are one of the healthiest types of nuts, containing over 30 types of vitamins and loaded with anti-oxidants. In this recipe, the nuts are tossed in a mixture with honey and Demerra sugar before being baked. Candied Walnuts Spiced Nuts With Five Spice Powder

Mooncakes
The Mooncake festival falls on September 22nd in 2010, so there's plenty of time to practice making these festive snacks. This recipe uses a filling made with sweet red azuki (adzuki) beans.
