When the weather gets hot, we're all looking for ways to cool down. Refreshing fruit salads, mango ice cream and a mango papaya smoothie are all great choices. Plus, recipes for Chicken Wonton recipe with curry paste and peanut butter, Mongolian Beef, and a cold "noodle" salad made with tofu.

Refreshing Fruit Salad
I've been watching the early rounds of Wimbledon, and my thoughts turned to strawberries (After all, strawberries and cream is the classic Wimbledon breakfast). In this refreshing fruit salad, strawberries are paired with banana, kiwi, peach, and mango.

Mango Ice Cream
