From Jolinda Hackett, your Guide to Vegetarian Food
There is definitely a right and a wrong way to make a vegetarian loaf. You can use whatever ingredients you like (heck, even use The Magical Loaf Studio to just make it up however you'd like), but I absolutely insist that you smother the top with an excessive amount of ketchup (or perhaps barbecue sauce) and it would absolute blasphemy not to provide gravy and mashed potatoes to go along. Plus, find out what I thought about the movie Food, Inc.
