Edamame Falafel with LemonTofu Tahini
Remember the pickled shallots recipe I featured in April? It's put to good use in this fun fusion recipe from Chef Lee Anne Wong that incorporates a number of Asian flavors. A great recipe if you're looking for something different to make on the weekend.

Shrimp With Green Tea Leaves
I'm always happy for a chance to incorporate healthy green tea into a dish. In this recipe marinated shrimp is paired with green tea leaves, while brewed green tea is added to the sauce.

Grilled (or Broiled) Lemon Chicken
Sure, citrus fruits are available all year, but their bright color and clean flavor makes them especially appropriate for Spring. In this recipe, chicken breasts are marinated in a flavorful mixture that includes lemon juice, soy sauce and fresh cilantro and parsley before being grilled.
