From Donna Pilato, your Guide to Entertaining
Every year Easter seems to sneak up on me. Maybe it's because the date changes from year-to-year. Or maybe it's because the change of weather happens overnight. At least that seems to be what's happened in my area. I need to pack our winter things away, and clean out all the dust bunnies. But I can't do any of this until I prepare for the arrival of the big bunny on Easter. Have an Entertaining week!

Host an Easter Egg Hunt and Brunch
If spring fever has seized your spirit as it has mine, invite your friends, young and old, to revel in the season with you at a springtime brunch. At the same time, make it fun for the younger ones in your group by planning an Easter Egg Hunt.

Plan a Kite Flying Picnic to Celebrate Spring
Spring arrived last weekend, and in my part of the world, the weather is cooperating with the season. After the snowy winter we've been through, that's definitely cause for celebration. And there's no better way to celebrate than by finding an excuse to head outside - A Kite Flying Picnic is the answer.

Another Trick to Get Your Guests to RSVP
I continue to be astounded by how difficult readers find it to get invited guests to respond to an RSVP request. This week's reader tip offers yet another strategy for increasing responses. It's going to cost her extra for her invitations, but sometimes that's worth it when your party is expensive. While you're reading about this new trick for RSVPs, you might want to take a peek at the ongoing discussion about whether RSVPs really matter. This isn't a discussion for the weak.

Plan a "New Moon" Party
"New Moon", the second movie in the "Twilight Series" was released over the weekend, thrilling tweens and teens everywhere, as I can attest with one of each in my house. With the movie in hand, the next thing to do is to plan a "Twilight" Party to share the excitement with fellow fans. Just make sure your guests know that both Team Edward and Team Jacob fans are welcome. Bella wouldn't have it any other way.
