Szechuan Eggplant With Garlic Sauce
Eggplant and ground pork are stir-fried with chile paste paste and other seasonings in this spicy Szechuan recipe. For a vegetarian version, leave out the ground pork and increase the eggplant.

Chinese Creamed Cabbage
